We are talking about criticism versus projecting and knowing the difference between constructive criticism versus when someone is projecting their inadequacies on to you and how not to absorb what they’re saying because it’s not you it’s them that they are describing.

As a black woman, we all know that micro aggression is something that we all face in the workspace no matter if you are a doctor lawyer maybe you work in customer care even if you are a manager yourself you are going to experience micro aggression in the workplace so this is a conversation on how to spot it how to interact with it and how to navigate those situations I hope you enjoy this episode y’all have a good ass day bye!!
