BODY: Welcome to our final episode for season 1. I have finished off the season with my FAVOURITE topic, FASTING! This is one of our most under utilized health tonics. Today we will discuss how, why, what, and when to fast. Just make sure to get the all clear from you health and wellness practitioners. I recommend getting a blood test done before and then afterwards so you can compare the results.
