In this episode host Tina is joined by Christoph, Michael, and special guest Matea, MINDtastic’s intern. After a quick guessing game, they explore the world of mechatronical development. While Christoph shines when it comes to technical parts, Michael takes the reins on the software side of TGW’s powerful machines. Both describe their job as truly hands-on: Experimenting, tinkering, curiosity, and creativity are a big part of their work life - but so is uncertainty. Trying out new designs will lead to failures, which both, Michael and Christoph, see as challenges they simply need to overcome.

This episode features two dedicated on-site engineers from the Lifetime Services (LTS) team at TGW Logistics Group. Louise and Aladdin help Tina explain the multitude of services the aftersales department offers and share their experiences working closely with customers at a warehouse site. On-site engineers are essential for providing top-notch technical support at a TGW customer location. They excel in troubleshooting, whether it concerns hardware or software, to ensure minimal downtime. Their calm perseverance and effective communication allow them to build strong customer relationships. Louse and Alladin also need to be good at conveying complex technical information clearly.

Angie and Jan are not only great communicators, but also strategic purchasing agents at TGW. This requires them to be open-minded, confident, and persuasive in their negotiations.
