I advise him to let William know that I don't believe he is not capable of passing My information to some One capable of providing Me with a Court of competent Jurisdiction to hear My Form 1 Application, but the professional gaslighting continues.I personally think William was probably sitting right beside Tony the whole time. We'll see if he returns My call.

With the Courts email addresses 'ghosting' Me with respect to setting a date to hear My Form 1 Application to address the fraudulent prosecution of Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti, I follow up by phone. As per usual, they appear to be screening My calls or 'coincidentally' happen to be too overwhelmed to answer the phone. So I am compelled to leave a message.You can find the Form 1 Application filed with the Ottawa Courthouse here.It is worthy to Note that a Recording on the answering machine of the Courts responsible for responding to My Form 1 Application is legal and lawful service of Notice - One cannot avoid service by refusing to answer the phone or claim they are not receiving the messages.However, that is why these Recording are so important because there is no Way for Me to prove that the Courts (and therefor the prosecutor responsible) were Given Notice without a Recording.It is also worthy to Note that People are often as King of Me if it is 'legal' to Record My phone calls with People and share them publicly without their knowledge or permission. I Will share with You a small 'fact' in Law which follows Common Law Principles. What is Good for One party, is Good for the other party. If the Courts can legally Record My audio and video without My consent, then I can also Record and and video without their consent - only altering the material in any Way would be unlawful - that would be fraud.Also, public servants and Courts do not have the luxury of privacy because they are public services and servants which are subject to public scrutiny - this is what We are expected to do to hold elected officials accountable to their promises to the People. Finally, any so called 'private' entity such as a utility company or even a commercial enterprise like Walmart Will Record every single phone call made to customer service because it IS absolutely mandatory for any commercial contract to maintain accurate Records which includes complaints. This means that the individual making the call also has the right to maintain a Recording for their Records and publish for public accountability.

I am genuinely trying to be as Honourable as I am able under the circumstances.
