Jester Justice Julie the Belligerent Bourgeois concedes on Record that she does not have jurisdiction and is NOT a Court of COMPETENT Jurisdiction. She does not even have the authority or jurisdiction to schedule a Matter to hear complaints of Charter violations?

No LEGITIMATE Court Will EVER suggest they do not have the Jurisdiction to hear Charter violations because the Charter is the highest law in Canada which means that every Court is subject to it and NONE have the capacity to proceed against any One in violation of their Charter rights without breaching the public Trust and abdicating their Oath to the Court and the Crown in a Common Law Jurisdiction. Legal is not lawful.

To the extent that any code, statue or Act violates a Charter right or treaty obligation, it is to the extent of the violation of no force or effect - MOJAG (Paraphrasing from memory.)

Precise Wording:

"Section 24(1) provides remedies against unconstitutional government action; section 24(2) provides for the exclusion of evidence obtained in violation of the Charter; and section 52(1) of the Constitution Act, 1982 provides that a law that is inconsistent with the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect."
