The first of 4 or maybe 5 episodes about the Dreyfus Affair. One of the most infamous affairs of the 20th century. It was a pivotal moment that shaped the political landscape of modern France and also led to the founding of the State of Israel. There are probably hundreds of books written on the events surrounding Captain Alfred Dreyfus's arrest for the crime of high treason in 1894; and the antisemitism unleashed against the Jewish "traitor”.

A translation of a short stories from a collection of stories on children who survived the holocaust. The book was written by the teacher of these children, a member of “The Bricha” or Escape Movement called Nesia Orloviz-Reznik. In this story Nesia recalls her interactions with one of her students and the conversations they had. The story is titled – The Cross.
