Everyday of the Work Week we take our lunch hour to take a break from the work day to hang out and relax for a bit.  Today we will discuss the Dave WIR, Drug Testing, a little bit of Hopper, and whatever else comes up.

Everyday we take our lunch break to hang out and get a break from the busy work day.  Today we finish up the Mayhem Classic, update on Mama Switzer, talk about the crazy traffic options in a big city, and promote a special show later today.

Every Sunday Night we talk about what is going on around the fitness space with Carolyne Prevost, Jamie Latimer and Scott Switzer.  This week we will focus on the Games Tickets Being handed out at Mayhem and the Age-Group In-Affiliate Semifinals. In addition we will look at CrossFit Games Ticket Sales, Syndicate and TFX sending out initial invites, WFP makes adjustment on the Challenger leaderboard and announce prize money for the Challenger division. plus whatever else comes up in the chat or breaks between now and then.

After a long hiatus from the show Arielle Loewen is back and we are going to look back on her performances at TYR Wodapalooza So Cal, Rogue and Wodapalooza, Miami.  She has also gotten better and better at creating internet content, she is building her dream gym space and becoming an entrepeneaur and a brand.  So excited to catch with her on all of this and so much more.

Every work day we take our lunch hour to escape from the work day briefly and relax with our crew. Today is top 5 Tuesday where Scott will count down his top 5 favorite "Gatcha" Movies. and can't wait to see what the chat has to offer.  In Addition the age group workouts have been released and we will take a quick look at those.  Cat's new show starts tomorrow night at 8:00PM EST.
