Lunch with the Clydesdale - How was the 25.1 Announcement and the Workout!

The Roundtable is about 4 friends hanging out and talking about life.  We love fitness, we love food, we love each other and we like to hang out with you. Today we talk about CrossFit Open workout 25.2, the Matchup between Emily Rolfe and Sydney Wells.. Plus whatever else comes up in conversation or the Chat.
