Today's meditation is a simple yet powerful reset. We move through different states of nervous system throughout the day, but if we are unable to come back to the parasympathetic state or "rest and digest" before we settle for our down time, then the cumulative moments of stress, responsibility and hypervigilance will start to take its toll. I hope that this meditation allows you to come back to yourself.
