Juliet Vickery has now officially started work as BTO CEO. She sat down in a socially-distanced sound studio in Cambridge with outgoing CEO Andy Clements to answer questions from BTO Youth Advisory Panel member Greg Palmer. The trio touch on highlights from Andy's time at the helm, Juliet's aspirations for her time in the role, and the pressing matter of what bird they would both like to be.
