Aby Shepherd of the Shegulls OSC, and Jason Thackeray join Ady and Al to discuss a comfortable 3-0 home win for the men's team over Wolves, and a manic 3-2 FA Cup semi-final victory for the Shegulls over Liverpool.

An unwarranted - and rare - defeat in Newcastle, where the Toon's goals weren't the barndoors the Albion needed them to be. Plus we get a further lowdown on the news of the Albion's new women's stadium plans.
