“Border art: step over the wall!” is a documentary series on the History of Border Art, an emerging artistic genre, born on the US-Mexico boundary. On this highly symbolic and emblematic border of the world's closure, artists, scholars and curators from both sides seek ways to transform division into connection.

Episode 4: Last stop! Now that Border Art has gained recognition from major institutions and global media, is Border Art still Border Art? Can this protest art born in the margins survive museification and commodification?
