When Soleil Ho was hired to be the new restaurant critic at the San Francisco Chronicle, she was replacing someone who had held the role for 32 years. This week, Nico is joined by Ingrid Nilsen. Ingrid launched her first YouTube Channel in 2009, quickly amassing millions of followers under the moniker "missglamorazzi." Ingrid went viral in 2015 when she posted a raw, emotional coming out video on her channel. Since then, she has become a tirless advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and representation. Her latest project, Cooking With Pride, is a web-series that queer invites chefs to teach viewers to make, and tell the stories behind, their favorite dishes.The holiday season is all about food and community.
