At the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships, Loughborough University swimmer Honey Osrin claimed the 200m Backstroke title ahead of Katie Shanahan and booked her place at the Paris Olympics.

Her journey to a first Olympic Games has been far from an easy one. We discuss with Honey her decision to come to train in the UK at 13 years old and leave her native South Africa, a 5 year plateau struggling to break the 2:10 mark in the 200m Back, and why it took a virus for her to put all her eggs in one basket and a secure British Swimming selection.
