Minneapolis police sergeant stalking charges; COVID-19 levels high

A Minneapolis police sergeant is facing stalking charges after prosecutors say he hid a tracking device inside a former romantic partner's vehicle. Minnesota's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate rose slightly in August, but the state also added more than 14,000 jobs.
