Trust Issues/ Close Trust

We have to be able to learn from past experiences on what we have been through with individuals we have in our lives, or among us, sometimes we try or may try to see the good in them but they literally will not change without them doing it themselves and we can’t help them.

Grieving when we can is essential because it facilitates emotional healing, honors the lost relationship, aids in acceptance and adjustment, and prevents mental and physical health issues. It also allows for personal growth, prevents complicated grief, fosters support networks, and aligns with cultural practices. In essence, grieving is a natural and necessary process that helps us heal and move forward.

In todays society a lot of people uses mind games to get what they want or need from others and leave them in a devastated state or hurt them.

I wanna express how I feel and think about the animals and their life here in Jamaica, and also how the humans treat them here so you can understand that this beautiful island also have pain and sorrow, coming from these little guys that’s so harmless a lot of the time, and this part you don’t know about on your tour here as a tourist.

So this episode is basically about people in our circle and people who we let in super close in our lives.

In terms of valuing each other, and the self love that makes us see our true worth, our true value.
