Caroline Goggin returns to the Know Stroke Podcast for a third time, making her our first-ever three-time guest.

In this conversation, Caroline reflects on how surviving a stroke at just 27 continues to shape her life as an advocate, educator, and now a mother. She shares how the fear and uncertainty of those early days evolved into a deep sense of purpose, pushing her to raise awareness that stroke can happen to anyone, at any age.

Now, as a new mom, Caroline is thinking about advocacy in a new way including making sure her daughter grows up knowing the signs of stroke and understands when to act.

We talk about how her perspective has changed over time, what motherhood has added to her journey, and why sharing survivor stories remains such an important part of changing how people understand stroke.
