Sébastien has been part of my workshops for years, and over time also became one of my assistants.

In this conversation, he shares very openly about the journey from numbness, over-functioning, and “dead bedroom” dynamics… towards something much more honest and alive.

We talk about trying to be good, safe, considerate; and how easy it is to slowly disappear a bit in the process.

About shame.

Desire.

Erections.

Messy parts.

People-pleasing.

And the strange relief that can come when you stop trying to only be the “good” version of yourself.

There’s a lot of humanity in this episode.

I really enjoyed how unpolished, self-aware, and real Sebastien allowed himself to be throughout the conversation. His inspiring to bring all our messy parts with us!
