No one likes our wounded self, and we don’t like others’ wounded self, so when we allow our wounded self to be in charge in our relationships, we are not compatible with anyone.

Our society is more violent than ever. It’s time to understand where violence comes from and what we can each do about it.

Abandonment wounds from childhood abuse, or from being left or ignored, or from being bullied, ridiculed or teased, can be healed within a relationship.
