In this hypnotherapy session, I work on breathing techniques with you. I work on different visualization techniques, imagery techniques. Therefore, it is like Glove Anesthesia. This creates a good numb kind of feeling in the lower back, and legs. The pain starts to relieve itself. Although this takes time, doing this hypnosis multiple times may very well indeed help.
