83. Yoga Nidra: Mermaids Of The Sacred Waters
🧜♀️ Yoga Nidra: Mermaid of the Sacred Waters
Float into a dreamlike realm where mermaids spiral through moonlit waters, gently tending to each part of your body with reverence and grace.
This mystical Yoga Nidra journey invites you to surrender into the rhythm of your inner tides—drifting through oceanic body scans, soft breath awareness, and a descent into the deepest layers of being.
Held in the embrace of sacred waters, you’ll be guided through the subtle energy body and into the quiet ocean of your inner self—where there is nothing to fix, nothing to force. Only to feel, to soften, to be.
✨ This session was recorded live at The Sanctuary Thailand, where I am a resident yoga teacher. At the beginning of the class, no one had ever practiced Yoga Nidra before, so I offer a gentle introduction to this ancient practice, first documented in the Upanishads. You’ll learn how Yoga Nidra offers a journey through the koshas—the five layers of being—toward deep rest and inner union.
Let the mermaids carry you home. 🌊
