Gunther stuck to his word and made John Cena give up in his final match. Was it the right way to end the match and the historic career of the "Greatest Of All Time"? The whole event was built on the future of the business making a mark against the company's standard setters and future Hall of Famers. NXT champion, Oba Femi demonstrated huge power and intensity against undisputed champion Cody Rhodes, Sol Ruca put on a wonderful show and impressive victory against fan favourite, Bayley. Then the pairing of Je'von Evans and TNA X-Division champion Leon Slater almost had a quick win over the WWE tag team champions, Dragon Lee and the first X-Divison champ, AJ Styles where the Phenomenal One would show he can still hang with a team whose combined age still doesn't exceed his own.
