Matvei Michkov was a lightning rod topic of discussion for much of the last season and as he addressed the media yesterday, solo for the first time, he displayed the character, discipline and traits of a mature hockey player keen on taking huge strides in his own game on and off the ice. We discuss the presser and just how important his verbalizing his summer and plan of attack going forward means.
