
What to do when LIFE happens: getting back on your game after you ”fell off”
We've all been there: you're on a good streak, going to the gym, eating your healthy meals, drinking water. You feel on top of the world. AND THEN...life lol. Your job changed. You had to move. You started a home improvement project that turned out to be more stressful than you thought. You got sick or maybe you experienced loss, like I did. And you're just not mentally there. HOW do we break out of that in a healthy loving way to get ourselves back in the game working towards the goals that matter to us? Well, that's why I recorded this episode for you guys. I am going through this right now and figured I would share a few of the things that I do (which I also use with clients).
