The first in the series "Local Live Music". A very fitting start, since this is the band that started my sound engineering career in the early 80s. Breezin' is a talented group of musicians located in the Four Corners area. They play an array of music from country, to classic rock, to the blues. Front man & long time friend Jeffrey L. Boddy plays one of the meanest lead guitars in the 4 Corners, Rusty Simpkins, one of the founding members of the band on drums, Emmett Fowler keyboards & vocals, Dean Foust, guitar & vocals, Shannon Farrell lead vocals, Ashley Casey lead vocals, and Jeff's grandson, Ryan Boddy on bass. Next week: I continue my series on dwindling local radio programing with long time resident Scott Michlin.
