Coldframe Brewing is launching today, May 2, and we were able to talk to the man behind the project, Simon Court, just days before the big launch. Simon's ethos is to brew beers that are connected to the local area, in this case Cornwall. Simon is passionate about creating and sourcing ingredients that are part of the local area and community.
