Ashley Loring Heavy Runner was last seen in June 2017 on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Montana.  That night, a video taken and shared online of a party in which Ashley attended.  No one heard from Ashley for days afterward. The family was at first unconcerned, but when Ashley didn't visit her father in the hospital, worry set in.   A couple of weeks later information came in that a young woman had been spotted running from a vehicle on U.S. Highway 89 on the reservation. Was it Ashley? Family members searched the area finding a sweater and a pair of boots with red stains, thought to be Ashley's.  Investigators told the family however that Ashley was adult free to come and go as she pleased.   In February 2018, a nearly a year later,  the FBI joined the investigation. By then,   the case was cold. An arrest comes three months after Anna Kepner dies on a cruise with her family. The cheerleader's 16-year-old stepbrother arrested and charged in her death, ruled a homicide by mechanical asphyxiation. Anna Kepner, 18, had begun her senior year at Temple Christian School, and was reportedly excited about her future, painting her school parking spot to match her favorite movie, "Clueless. "   Anna plans included joining the military after high school.   Anna was found dead aboard the Carnival Horizon cruise ship during a recent western Caribbean voyage that ended in Miami. A North Carolina repeat offender arrested in Florida for allegedly stabbing a pregnant mom with a steak knife, in what police are calling a random attack. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson under fire for comment that the city must stop “assaults on immigrants,” the same day college freshman Sheridan Gorman buried, shot dead by Venezuelan national, Jose Medina-Medina on March 19th. Amy Hillyard, co-owner of Farley's Coffee with husband, Chris, has not been seen since Wednesday, March 25th, the Oakland community praying for her safe return.  Oakland, California police initially release information that Amy last seen near her home in the Cleveland Heights neighborhood around 2 pm, but surveillance footage places her near Dimond Park, about two miles away, at 4:30 pm that afternoon. Searches of the park have not revealed new leads. Amy is considered "at-risk" due to an undisclosed medical condition. Newly-released video shows Bryan Kohberger getting his license plates replaced at a Washington DMV office days after killing four University of Idaho students in 2022. On November 18, 2022, just five days after the murders, Kohberger is seen on the surveillance footage at a Department of Motor Vehicles building in Pullman. During the visit, a DMV worker told Kohberger that the area appears safer than San Francisco, which is where she is from. The employee commented, “I like how small, quiet and I would say safe. But the whole Moscow thing, kinda makes it feel a little less,” before Kohberger said, “Yeah,” and nodded his head in agreement. Notably, Kohberger was later filmed filling out paperwork while wearing black gloves. Kohberger, who requested non-specialty plates, told the DMV worker that he was a Ph.D. student at Washington State University, where he studied criminology. Gory body cam footage released of Arielle Konig being helps down the O'ahu's Pali Puka trail after being smashed in the head by a rock. It's part of the attempted murder trial of Maui anesthesiologist, Dr. Gerhardt Konig.  Each side is describing O'ahu's Pali Puka trail, but have different stories of what happened there almost exactly a year ago. Arielle says her husband dragged her toward the cliff’s edge, attempted to inject her with “an unknown substance” using a syringe, and hit her “repeatedly on the head” with a rock.  Konig claims he was NOT trying to kill his wife, and acted in self-defense after Arielle attacked him when he threatened to expose an alleged affair with a married co-worker. Jurors hear a witness's 911 call, and watch that body camera footage from a responding officer.  Arielle's brutal injuries visible as blood pours from her head wounds.  Konig's adult son is expected to testify about a video call his father made after the attack that prosecutors are calling a confession. Tiger Woods arrested again after rolling his vehicle during a two-car crash. According to police, Woods was attempting to pass a truck in front of him on a two-lane road in Jupiter Island, Florida, but Wood’s Range Rover clipped the back of the truck. No other vehicles were involved.  Wood was able to crawl out of the passenger side window. Officers on the scene administered a breathalyzer test, with Woods blowing zero, negative for alcohol. Officers still suspected Woods was impaired, saying the golf legend appeared “lethargic.” He then refused a urine test. Woods was then taken into custody. Woods is now charged with a DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test.
