The Right Should Unify … Around What? | 10/17/25

There are increasing calls to unify all factions of the Right. I’m not opposed to that sentiment, but we have to unify behind some affirmative vision beyond simply beating Democrats at the ballot box (but not on the policy playing field). I go through a list of existential threats to our civilization, from Islamism and rampant domestic terrorism to judicial supremacism, unaffordability, and a lack of credible conservative candidates in red states, and I show how there is zero vision on the Right. Moreover, while the Left continues to move its party toward communism in primaries, we have no plan to elect conservatives in primaries or even engage in them at all. The Left focuses on results while the online Right focuses on entertainment. This creates a dynamic in which Con Inc. prioritizes talking points over fixed policy objectives, which often leads to championing causes that are foreign to conservatives. Nowhere is this more evident than with the online Right championing the communist, pro-Islamist talking points on Gaza. It has now led to us getting embroiled in Gaza, promoting Qatar and the Muslim Brotherhood, and ignoring their threat to our homeland and the influence of Islam spreading. My thesis is also evident with judicial supremacism, as Con Inc. spent years going to bat for a strong “independent” Supreme Court rather than staying principled and fighting the premise of judicial supremacism. We’ve succeeded in pushing back against men encroaching on private female spaces, but now it’s time to interpose against governmental and feminist encroachment on male spaces. On today’s special show, we’re joined by Scott Yenor, professor of political science at Boise State and fellow at the Heritage Foundation, to discuss his call for returning military academies like the Virginia Military Institute to male-only education. Yenor traces the decline in male achievement as well as the social problems between the sexes to the creation of androgynous education goals foisted upon society by government. What is the one- to four-year game plan of the online Right other than clicks? I show how Democrats continue to crush Republicans in special elections, and yet we are not even dying on our own hills. I nostalgically look back to the 2013 Obamacare shutdown fight to contrast the two parties and to show how Democrats are united behind a message even when they have a losing hand to play. Republicans are on the cusp of losing on health care even when they have all three branches and the megaphone of Trump. There is a hip trend among the degenerate online "Right" to side with Gaza and the Muslim Brotherhood while blaming Israel for everything. They claim to want to rid ourselves of foreign influence, but they are the ones who are in fact corrupted by the worst forms of foreign influence. The objective on the Right was to dial back our focus on the Middle East, but Qatari business interests and influence ops are actually getting us sucked in farther on behalf of the most radical Islamists. Hamas seems to always get a free pass to blow through deadlines. Jordan is also concerned about what this international peace force in Gaza will do and who will be on the ground. Thanks to Trump unifying the party and Democrat overreach, Republicans have surprisingly held strong on the shutdown. We first delve into a new, dangerous agreement to defend Qatar in case of war. At a time of global intifada being fomented by the Muslim Brotherhood, why is there no outcry about elevating Qatar to de facto NATO status? Next, we’re joined by Rep. Andy Harris (R-Md.), the chairman of the House Freedom Caucus. He notes how Republicans have a chance to win not only the government shutdown fight but the Obamacare subsidy fight by countering the narrative on health care. Sadly, they are hampered by a lack of numbers in Congress, but Harris argues that the Freedom Caucus’ influence is growing. The partial federal shutdown is a joke born out of nonsense, with both parties agreeing to keep our economy, society, and system of government shutdown. Today, I explain why our economy is shut down with Trump reneging on his promise to focus on the forgotten man and instead offering favors to Pfizer and Big Tech. Next, I focus on the shutdown of representative democracy, as the judicial power has never been greater and is undoing the good things Trump is at least attempting to pursue.
