In this activity, an expert in menopause management in primary care discusses identification and treatment of menopause-related vasomotor symptoms (VMS). Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to: Integrate communication about menopause and VMS into routine patient encounters; Review treatment options for moderate to severe VMS, including NK receptor antagonists, with patients using a shared decision-making approach; and Formulate strategies for optimally monitoring patients who are receiving NK receptor antagonists for menopause-related VMS.
