A pilot and co-pilot died after an Air Canada Express plane collided with a fire-and-rescue vehicle on LaGuardia Airport's runway Sunday night in New York City. Laura Einsetler, a pilot with more than 30 years of experience, called the LaGuardia Airport collision, "very concerning," saying, "it's very unusual to have a situation where landing on the runway and you have emergency equipment, emergency equipment operators on the runway itself."
