For weeks, investigators received leads and observed suspicious behavior, but never could get enough to crack the case. Once they started looking into a rekindled relationship, things began to be pieced together.

A mysterious man in a Myrtle Beach adult establishment wooed a local waitress with his heroic tales of being a double agent for The US Department of Defense. In reality, he was a master manipulator who did the unthinkable to the very people that gave him life.

In 2001, a discovery in an abandoned Conway home led police on an investigation into the life of a fun loving and genuinely nice guy. It seemed that he was the type of person loved by all, except the one that he didn't want to live anymore.

In 2021, the family of an elderly Nichols,SC woman grew concerned when she could not be found. Her normal routine did not include being out at night. When an "onboard" assistance system in her vehicle was contacted, they could not provide much help. That help could have saved her precious life.

In March of 2019, the Spring Semester at USC was in it's final stages. One Thursday night, a group of friends went to Five Points for fun and frivolity, when one young lady got separated from the group. She called for and Uber, but was tragically never seen again.

In December of 1973, a young girl went missing from a Liberty, SC laundromat never to be seen again. It took happenstance to find her and a very odd conversation to find the monster responsible.
