Season 1 Ep.6: When your pain is great enough you choose to make a change with Robert Bahedry
In this episode, Robert talks about his journey to Breathwork after hitting rock bottom. He shares that he wanted to be an inspiration and someone his daughters could look up to, so he had to move past his anger and pain and tackle his own growth and development. He found Breathwork and it changed his life. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did.
Robert can be reached on: Facebook, Instagram and website.
As always, I can be reached on my Facebook page or my Facebook Community Celebrate and Reinvent Yourself, Instagram @opicoaching and finally my website. I would love to connect and help you explore if Breathwork is for you.

A little about Robert:
I am honored to introduce you to Robert Bahedry from Los Angeles, CA. has been his home since 1995. He's a self described mutt from Iraqi & British heritage with some Turkish spice thrown in for good measure. He's a father of two amazing women who are the light of his life.
Robert is a certified Breathwork Meditation practitioner in the 3-part breathing technique, that is taught by David Elliott. He stumbled upon the practice in 2009 at a time in his life when he was in search of a healing modality that would complement his burgeoning yoga practice. He had just completed his yoga teacher training only to discover that, alas, it was not his calling. Then came Breathwork, and it changed his life in an instant.
Robert has been teaching and practicing since 2010 and has discovered that creating a sacred, safe, yet lighthearted environment in his sessions is a very powerful 'ice-breaker.' He grew up on a healthy diet of Monty Python so irreverence, general silliness, and self-deprecating humor are often top of the bill. An abundance of levity is very much present at all of his sessions. It's a great way to put everyone at ease, as he holds space for people to breathe, heal, and transform.
