The Thousandaire Recipe: 2 ounces bourbon 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier 1/4 ounce absinthe 1/2 ounce grenadine 1/2 ounce egg white (or 2 tbsp aquafaba) 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed Garnish: nutmeg, freshly grated Add alcohol, grenadine, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker without ice and shake for at least 30 seconds.
