After our conversation with Caroline Bouffard at A+ Coaching, we realized how much this topic resonated with so many people - including the Gen Z's themselves - and in particular, one Gen Z who is the daughter of our former guest, Aly Bouffard. We invited her onto the podcast to listen to what she had to say about her generation, and specifically what is important to her and the people around her. Everybody talks about wanting to have purpose in their work. 70-78% of Gen Z's and Millennials say they will only take a job that is meaningful.
