‘Big Daddy’ Found Murdered and One of Them Did It

Ina Kenoyer did not live a life of luxury. She and her boyfriend, Steve Riley, routinely struggled to pay for the essentials, often relying on the generosity of Steve’s close friends to get by. But in September 2023, life was looking up. The couple were going to clear their debt. They would take a long vacation, perhaps stay for a time in the Steve’s family castle in Ireland, Ina said. His multi-million dollar inheritance was only days away. And then life would be very different. Unfortunately, Steve would not live long enough to receive his money.

The Farris family of Alpharetta, Georgia was both very wealthy and extremely dysfunctional. When their patriarch, 58 year-old Gary Farris was found dead, his remains set aflame in the burn pile on the family’s property, the rest of the family began pointing fingers... at each other.

The 32 year-old was the star of a new Netflix series. Married to his teenage sweetheart and father to two beautiful children, Pablo was on top of the world.

22 year-old community college student, Jasmine Pace, had plans to spend Thanksgiving 2022 with her family. To her mother’s surprise she sent a text message last minute cancelling those plans. On Jasmine’s Facebook account there was a new post. It read: “Enjoying Thanksgiving with my baby.” Except the photo accompanying the post was not from Thanksgiving. In this photo, Jasmine’s distinctive tattoos were missing. The photo must have been taken months before.

When officers from the Kalamazoo Police were called out to a student apartment building on a Spring night in 2018, they believed they were responding to a report like any other. A Western Michigan University student, 24 year-old Aniya Mack, had been out of touch with friends for a few days. It was unusual behaviour for Aniya. However, police found no signs of foul play; only oddities around her home that no one could explain. That is, until an unexpected encounter in the parking lot of her building broke the case the wide open and uncovered a web of deception no one saw coming.

In September 2020, two young boys were fatally hit by a speeding Mercedes in an affluent Los Angeles County community. The alleged driver of the vehicle, 57 year-old well-known socialite and philanthropist, Rebecca Grossman, claimed on-scene to be utterly unaware of what had occurred. While she proclaimed it a tragic accident, investigators came to a different conclusion. This was a double murder. As the facts were compiled, more questions arose. If this was murder, was Rebecca Grossman the killer?

In the early morning hours of July 8th, 2022 20 year-old Jimmie Jay Lee donned his silver dressing gown, gold cap and grey slippers and left his student apartment in Oxford, Mississippi. Jay carried only his keys and his cellphone. He left behind his beloved Pomeranian, though he rarely went anywhere without her. Two days later, at an impound lot where it had been towed, detectives searched through Jay Lee’s abandoned vehicle. Inside they found his bank cards and a key ring. But Jay's iPhone, just like him, were missing.

On April 28, 2019 four family members were systematically executed in their home in West Chester, Ohio. Officers arrived only minutes after neighbors reported hearing gunshots. They found no signs of a struggle from any of the victims, nor any attempt by the killer to clean-up the crime scene. What they did find was a single member of the household left alive. While his family lay deceased in the home they had shared, the survivor, shaken and at times incoherent, offered scattered details of what had transpired. Later, however, he would tell his full story. One that seemed to explain everything. That is, if anyone believed him.
