With Sylvia Cardim de Melo - on how authenticity and being mindful leads to entrepreneurial success

In dieser Folge spricht Andreas Kratzer, mit Felicia Fuchs, der Gründerin des Labors für schönes Scheitern. Die Idee des Labors fußt vor allem auf der Frage, "Wie können wir Störungen, Verluste und das Misslingen annehmen und in unserem (Arbeits-)Leben willkommen heißen, und anfangen, das "Scheitern" als eine schöne Erfahrung zu erleben?" Neben der Arbeit "im Labor" ist Felicia systemische Beraterin und Coach sowie Expertin für Führung und Organisationsentwicklung. Sie zieht ihre Energie aus der Begleitung und (Co-) Creation von sinnstiftenden Prozessen. Was sie besonders auszeichnet, ist ihr Gespür für Menschen. Seit über 10 Jahren unterstützt Felicia Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende aller Ebenen sowie Privatpersonen bei Veränderungsprozessen.  In unserem Gespräch erfahrt ihr, wie es zur Idee des Labors kam, welche Experience Journey die Teilnehmenden durchlaufen und bekommt ehrliche Einblicke in die Gefühlswelt von Felicia und Andreas, wenn es um ihre ganz persönliche Einstellung zum Thema "Scheitern" geht. Susanne ist gelernte und ausgezeichnete Bühnenbildnerin, Kinderbuchautorin, Unternehmensberaterin, Organisations- und Kulturentwicklerin, Gründerin und Initiatorin von Grace - einem Accelerator für weibliche Gründerinnen - und derzeit Managing Partner bei Ignore Gravity einer Beratung für Unternehmenstransformation. Mit dem Ziel 'emphatische Organisationen' zu entwickeln und aus ihrer persönlichen (Leidens-)Geschichte heraus beschäftigt sich Susanne u.a. intensiv mit dem Thema, wie Traumata im Arbeitsumfeld entstehen und aufgelöst werden können und welche Rolle Führung dabei spielt.  In unserem Gespräch erfahrt ihr, wie Traumata auch durch viele "Mikro-Momente" im Arbeitsalltag entstehen können, was Flow-Zustände und unser vegetatives Nervensystem damit zu tun haben, warum Produktivitäts- und Beziehungs-Ebene auch bei der Arbeit in Balance stehen müssen und weshalb es hilfreich sein könnte, öfters mal wieder zum Telefon zu greifen, statt alles in Video-Calls zu besprechen. Und wie immer gibt es natürlich auch praktische Tipps, was ihr einfach umsetzen könnt, um Trauamsensitivät in eure eigene Führungsarbeit oder Organisation zu bringen. 

Isabella Paulsen, langjährige Yoga- & Bewegungslehrerin, und Mandy Pinho Veloso, Senior Art Direktorin, haben im letzten Jahr aus einem inneren, persönlichen Antrieb heraus Work your Power gegründet. Sie bieten Beratung und Trainings für menstruierende Mitarbeiter*innen (und auch alle anderen) an, um aufzuklären, wie Zyklus & zyklusbewusstes Arbeiten funktioniert und unterstützen dabei, sich selbst besser zu verstehen und zu organisieren im Arbeitsalltag. Mit dem Effekt, Zufriedenheit, Motivation, Leistung und vor allem auch Wohlbefinden zu steigern. Klingt nicht nur ziemlich gut, sondern auch echt sinnvoll, oder? In dieser aufschlussreichen Episode sprechen wir über die einzelnen Zyklusphasen mit ihren unterschiedlichen Qualitäten und diskutieren warum zyklisches Wissen jetzt gerade gebraucht wird.
