My brain recently surprised me.

A former colleague asked to interview me about my career pivot from academic medicine to full-time life coaching. He wanted to understand how I made this decision. He was concerned some people would harshly judge my decision.

The idea of someone judging my decision lit my brain up FOR DAYS. I might have even lost sleep in a heated argument in my head at 3AM.

AND I thought I was over all of this by now.

In today’s podcast episode, I walk you through HOW to work through someone else’s judgment.

When you have this tool, you'll have new ways to deal with all this...

✅When boss says you don’t see enough patients

✅When Chair says you haven’t written enough papers

✅When mother-in-law says you don’t help out enough around the house

✅When partner says the dress is a little too tight (ok, this one might not ever be neutral!)
