Today’s meditation is centered around releasing any stress or tension you’ve been carrying around in your body and becoming more deeply immersed in the present moment. In the present moment you realise that all is well and you can breathe freely and easily, knowing that you are perfectly prepared to respond to each moment from a place of peace and love. Being present with yourself allows for you to be present in your life.
