Change is the only constant in this life. The more we resist it, the more stressed we feel. In this episode I share three different examples of how this has played out in my life to show you why I lean into change rather than resist it and why you should too!

There is this narrative going around that in order to be a good mom you have to lose yourself and give up your whole life. I personally choose not to subscribe to that narrative. It’s easy to fall into the mindset of “why me?” why is this happening to me” I think that’s we’ve been sold this false idea that if we are doing life “correctly” we will be happy ALL the time. That’s just not true. Life is a series of up’s and down’s. And the more willing you are to ACCEPT that as truth, the more PEACE you will find.
