Frankie Layton is the founder of The Dirt Company, Australia’s first circular packaging brand. Frankie’s passion for sustainability began while working on superyachts, witnessing ocean waste. With a background in strategic consulting, she launched The Dirt Company to tackle household product packaging waste. Since 2017,  The Dirt Company has gained 100,000+ customers and prevented over 75 tonnes of plastic waste through innovative laundry products in dispenser bottles replenished with reusable refill packs.
