I recently started seeing a new psychologist, and I’m sharing it because it needs to be normal.
Menopause isn’t just physical.
It’s emotional. Mental. Deeply personal.
And sometimes… it’s heavy.
Mood swings, anxiety, identity shifts, burnout and it’s a lot to carry alone.
Getting support doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re wise enough to know you deserve help.
