Your support truly brings blessings!
Today, we begin with a small habit that has been used for generations—cloves steeped in hot water. It may seem almost too simple, but sometimes the most gentle, consistent practices are the ones that create the biggest shifts in how we feel.
Cloves are one of the most antioxidant-rich spices available. For centuries, they've been valued not only for their flavor but for their natural ability to support the body—especially digestion, cleansing, and overall wellness. Historical writings connected to ancient Israel even mention cloves as a treasured household spice, known for their purifying and healing properties.
For this challenge, there's nothing complicated to follow. No expensive ingredients. No strict routines. Just one intentional moment each morning.
Here's what you'll do:
- Take 4 to 7 whole cloves
- Pour hot water over them
- Let them steep for 5 to 10 minutes
- Then slowly drink and allow your body to receive it
That's it. Simple, grounding, and easy to stay consistent with.
