Welcome back to another episode of the Achieve with Me: Interview Series podcast! These episodes are crafted to help you manage common workplace challenges and grow in confidence so that you can smash your career goals! I was delighted to welcome Angelique Joan to the podcast. Angelique Joan is an actor and writer, born in Surrey UK and was raised on the beautiful coast of Brittany in France. "Ready, Set, 30: A tale of figuring it all out...whatever that means" is her writing debut.    After receiving her French literary Baccalaureate, specialising in philosophy and languages, Angelique studied English literature and Drama at Rennes University.    Halfway through her degree, her desire for adventure, love for acting and need to challenge herself took over. She took the plunge by moving to London to pursue that career path while finishing her Master's degree remotely.    In the past decade in London, with a few stints in Los Angeles and New York to study screenwriting, Angelique's credits in TV and film include BBC Doctors, The Crown and Allied. Claudia is a Career Change & Mindset Coach. She spent 7 years in corporate tech, 4 years in management living the career that she was always chasing & what she defined as a “successful career” at that time.. Even though her career looked bright & shiny on the outside, she realised one day that it didn't look bright & shiny. At all.   So, Claudia took ownership of her life & in the midst of a heavy burnout decided to do something about this. To align her career to her heart's & soul's calling. Now, as a certified professional coach, Claudia wakes up every day excited, inspired & motivated.    Claudia now works with beautiful clients creating their very own definition of a successful career - one that is aligned with how they want to live their life & who they want to be; enabling her to experience incredible transformations of self love, confidence & courage to take ownership of their life.    We discussed a really important topic that doesn't often get addressed. We all strive for more in our careers, but what happens to our relationship with our colleagues when we suddenly become their line manager?
