Join me for a somatic meditation, where I guide you through an embodied tadasana - mountain pose. It's so much more than standing still! This is both a somatic, physical experience, and an energetic experience. You can practice this meditation standing or seated. I suggest doing it without shoes. As your body finds mountain posture, you will feel your breath, confidence, and awareness expand.
