She talks about behaviour change, and in particular, stress behaviours and how hypnosis can help to change unhealthy patterns in your life. She also provides two hypnosis exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home, and listen to again and again. With this in mind, you should not listen to this episode while driving! Erica McPherson, the Director of Cherry Blossom Hypnosis, is a Certified Clinical Hypnotist and a member of the Master Hypnotist Society (MHS) and the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Using the Master Hypnosis Society (MHS) system of hypnosis, she uses methods that have helped tens of thousands of people with weight loss, smoking cessation and stress management by means of hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.
