Divorce is hard. And when things get hard, it can be tempting to use alcohol to numb, escape, avoid the hard.

In this second part of my conversation with Kathryn Elliott, we discuss how reframing your relationship with alcohol when you're navigating divorce can be your superpower.

Kathryn is one of Australia’s leading specialist alcohol and binge drinking coaches for high-functioning professionals.

Her expertise and comments regularly appear in lifestyle, health, business and women’s media nationally.

As a former binge drinker for over 30 years, Kathryn coaches from lived experience and believes sharing our own stories is one of the most powerful tools in healing and finding a more balanced relationship with alcohol.

She is also currently in a period of transition having recently separated a 24 year relationship - 22 of marriage - and lives in Melbourne with her three teenage sons; Oscar, Tom & Hugo, and beloved cocker spaniel, Ralph.
