In honor of Latin Heritage month, I wanted to honor my roots and my family, as they both have a huge part in the work that I do and the journey I’ve been on since 2017. As I reflect back on the beginning of my journey through personal development and spiritual growth, it takes me back to the year 2017, when my sister and I locked arms and decided to embark on this path together after being laid off from our jobs. We started this business together and wrote a 14 week mindset program and workbook called, “Know Your Worth.” Looking back at this initial part of our business reminds me where we came from, but also, just how important worthiness is in our personal growth journeys.    In this episode, I’m sharing more about how I got started in this space, the impact my sister and family had, and the importance of worthiness and mindfulness through every stage of our lives.
