Byrdie spent two decades at the Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where she earned her stripes as one of the first female partners, representing renowned screenwriters and directors, including Academy Award winners. In a bold pivot, Byrdie transitioned from the glitz of Hollywood to the heart of healthcare. Fueled by a personal quest for improved patient experiences, she co-founded Clear Health Advisors in 2013 alongside Dr. Valerie Ulene. Byrdie is also the creator of Boom Home Medical. She reinvented home medical products for toileting, bathing, dressing, and mobility. Byrdie holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She further honed her skills, earning a Masters in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University in May 2016.
