Edwin Dando has been one of the biggest engines behind the New Zealand Agile movement since the early 2000s. He was the first Scrum trainer in NZ. He created a business whose sole purpose was to teach people how to be agile. He created communities built around bringing agilists together and even created the first Agile NZ conference. So why is Edwin putting down the Agile Banner and talking about Adaptive instead? In this interview Edwin tells us about his epic journey from developer to one of NZs biggest names in the agile community. He explains how his journey has taken him from focusing on teams and delivery, to working with executives and board members. He also shares his vision for what agilists will need to become in the future.
