Instead of waiting for fear or crisis, they began tracking key numbers regularly and making changes before problems escalated.

Annette walks through foundational labs that give early insight into inflammation, metabolic health, and nutrient status. These include C reactive protein for inflammation, vitamin D levels, fasting glucose, A1c, triglycerides, HDL, fasting insulin, ferritin, B12, magnesium, and omega 3 index.
